A6M-E LTCC Material Systems for High Frequency Applications

Our A6M-E LTCC system is used widely in high-frequency and high-reliability applications, including aerospace, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and telecommunications.

Ferro offers a complete set of highly engineered thick-film metallization systems specifically designed to be compatible with A6M-E tape.

A6M-E dielectric tape is available in standard tape thicknesses of 2, 5, and 10 mil in roll and blank forms.
