Benzimidazolone Yellow (PY154)
Pigment Yellow 154 (C.I. 11781) is a Monoazo of Benzimidazolone range of medium yellow shade pigments that is more reddish in comparison to Pigment Yellow 151. It is suitable for many paints and coatings applications.
Ferro is a leading global manufacturer of high performance Monoazo Benzimidazolone pigments.
These pigments cover the color spectrum from greenish yellow to orange. Used in conjunction with 5-(2' hydroxy-3'- naphtoylamino)-benzimidazolone as a coupling component, it imparts red colors ranging from medium red to carmine red, maroon and brown shades.
Lysopac Yellow 5410C and Lysopac Yellow 5410P are medium shade Benzimidazalone Yellow (PY154) pigments with excellent light and weather fastness properties. They are recommended for many paints and coatings applications.
Due to their excellent weathering fastness, Benzimidazalone Yellow (PY154) pigments are suitable for use in a very low concentration as a shading component. They also are recommended for use in automotive paints (OEM and car repair), industrial coatings, powder coatings, and water-based paints.
Lysopac Yellow 5412C is a Benzimidazolone Yellow (PY154) pigment that provides improved performance in color strength and better rheology profile in water-based coatings applications over standard PY154 pigments.

Providing Formulation Guides/Assistance with Startup Formula Creation
We assist customers in their product development efforts to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., usage in food, cosmetics) and desired performance including anticorrosion, outdoor durability and NIR reflectance.
