Benzimidazolone Yellow (PY194)
Pigment Yellow 194 (C.I. 11785) is a Monoazo of Benzimidazolone chemistry of greenish to medium yellow shade pigment suitable for plastics and coatings applications.
Ferro is a leading global manufacturer of high performance Monoazo Benzimidazolone pigments.
These pigments cover the color spectrum from greenish yellow to orange. Used in conjunction with 5-(2' hydroxy-3'- naphthoylamino)-benzimidazolone as a coupling component, it imparts red colors ranging from medium red to carmine red, maroon and brown shades.
Lysopac Yellow 9410C (PY194) is a green to medium shade Benzimidazolone Yellow pigment with excellent overall fastness properties, including dispersibility, light fastness, weathering fastness, and heat fastness.
Ferro’s Lysopac Yellow 9410C offers the highest hiding power and color strength over other pigments in the same color index. Its high color strength makes it a recommended pigment for general industrial coatings and plastics applications where very good dispersibility and higher color strength are needed.

Providing Formulation Guides/Assistance with Startup Formula Creation
We assist customers in their product development efforts to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., usage in food, cosmetics) and desired performance including anticorrosion, outdoor durability and NIR reflectance.
