We offer thick film materials for manufacturing heaters or heating elements on steel. The materials set includes dielectrics for insulating the steel along with compatible conductors and heater resistors that form the functional heater on the insulating dielectric base. The direct contact between the heater and the heated surface results in direct heat transfer with high power density in relatively small footprints and sizes.
