Platinum Conductive Flakes
Ferro produces a variety of chemically precipitated ultra-high purity platinum conductive flakes designed to meet the requirements of thick film technologies, including platinum conductive pastes.

Ferro offers a portfolio of platinum conductive flakes available in surface areas from 0.4-1.5 microns that exhibit excellent grain size uniformity with homogeneous particle consistency in every production cycle.
Ferro platinum conductive flakes are used throughout the world in demanding applications including various electronics and sensor applications including biomedical blood gas sensors, automotive sensors and high reliability hybrid integrated circuits.
Our highly controlled particle synthesis of platinum conductive flakes allows for the surface chemistry to be tailored and optimized to match customers’ needs to specific ink systems. This produces conductive inks, pastes, and adhesives with controlled rheology and viscosity for finer, sharper line definition and lower deposition weight.

Ferro platinum conductive flakes are a fine de-agglomerated conductive powder with tight particle size distribution ideal for high reliability thick film circuit sensor components.
