Protective Polymer Coatings for Microelectronics
Ferro manufactures a large portfolio of thermosetting, screen-printable protective polymer coatings available in different colors and several versions. These coatings are designed to protect thick film conductors, resistors, capacitors and circuits on various rigid substrates.
Our protective polymer coatings are formulated to provide electrical insulation and surface protection against harsh environments such as different solvents, temperatures, moisture, abrasion, dirt and mechanical stress.
Ferro polymer coatings can be applied as single layers, multilayers, or as an intermediate layer to be used in conjunction with thermosetting silver polymers.
We manufacture and design protective polymer coatings to be RoHs compliant.
Our technical specialists work closely with customers to provide additional customized protective polymer coatings based on individual requirements and performance needs.
