SCREEN PRINTING INKS FOR PLASTICS
Ferro-Diegel-Diegel offers a wide range of colors and quality options of screen printing inks for a wide variety of plastics including automotive plastics.
Our screen printing ink systems for plastics are available as one or two-component inks and clear coats that are specifically formulated for a wide variety of plastics PMMA, PC, CAB, ABS, PS, PVC, PE, PA. They also can be used on paper and various metals, ceramics and glass as well as primers and coated pieces.
The exceptional chemical resistance with consistent color consistency and coverage with excellent adhesion to many plastic substrates make them an ideal choice for many automotive plastic applications.Ferro-Diegel one-component screen printing inks are fast-drying inks formulated for excellent printability and weatherability. They are ideal for external applications, particularly for the back side of neon signs.
We also provide two-component fast-drying screen printing inks that offer excellent printability and weatherability, providing high quality prints for external applications, particularly for the back side of neon signs.
Our UV-curing screen printing clear coat instantly reacts to UV light, allowing for quicker drying than any other current method which increases productivity. It also results in more vibrant printed colors on a variety of substrates.
