Our lead-free onglaze series has excellent processing properties in all conventional decorating methods, including direct and indirect screen printing, spraying, machine lining, banding and brush application. 

Carnival100 series
This color range offers 25 shades for onglaze ceramic decoration and five supplementary cadmium colors, designed for a firing range from 800 °C (normal firing) up to 950 °C (fast firing). These colors offer optimum color brilliance as well as mechanical and chemical resistance at general firing temperatures from 850 to 900 °C.

Metallic100 series

This elegant color range offers 15 shades of metallic colors for onglaze ceramic decoration. On a variety of different substrates, they show no visible acid or alkali attack in laboratory tests and under industrial conditions.

SAMBA100 color series

Samba100 presents 37 highly pigmented lead-free shades including five cadmium colors that deliver an intense color palette used for onglaze ceramic decoration. All colors, except purples, need to be overprinted with a flux. These colors show relatively high acid and alkali resistance except for cobalt Blue 12 1654, which is slightly more vulnerable. 

• All colors fulfil the heavy metal release limits of EN 13881-2, California Prop. 65 and FDA requirements, if application and firing are performed correctly
• Maximum color intensity even with thin color deposits
• Allows low color consumption by using fine screens (e.g. for fine lines)

Sky100 series

Our color range offers 42 shades of high-temperature fast firing colors for porcelain decoration. These colors deliver intense shades with excellent processing characteristics that show no visible acid or alkali attack in laboratory tests or under industrial conditions on a variety of different substrates.

SKY100 inglaze colors are lead-free and cadmium-free with controls in place to maintain upper limits of 100 ppm Pb and 600 ppm Cd.

We maintain and manage the heavy metal limit through careful monitoring of raw materials combined with accurate processing and continuous, precise quality control.

Starlight100 high-temperature fast fire

The Starlight100 lead-free color series offers four metallic shades based on metallic pigments suitable for inglaze firing up to 1,150 °C.

All colors are intermixable. Very interesting shades can be obtained by mixing Starlight100 colors with our lead and cadmium-free Sky100 series.

The alkali and acid resistance of fired color layers is influenced by the thickness of the layer, firing conditions and the glaze. 

• Starlight100 series inglaze metallic colors are Pb-free and Cd-free with strict specification limits:< 100 ppm for lead and < 600 ppm for cadmium
